Reception hours

9:00am – 5:00pm – 7 days a week.

Guests arriving outside these times, please contact reception during reception hours to make alternative arrangements for key collection and check-in.

Check-In / Check-out

Check-in time – 3 pm (we do try to accommodate early check-in requests where possible)

Check out – 10 am (late check-out fees may apply)

General

  • Although every effort will be taken to accommodate our customers’ requirements, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
  • Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • All linen is supplied for rooms.
  • No-smoking is allowed.
  • As part of our hygiene plan and guest comfort, our rooms receive a service every 3 days, (linen change upon request) and our additional amenities at the motel allow you to make yourself at home.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists with Margaret River Motel, and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking.
  • Full payment is required to secure your online booking with Margaret River Motel.
  • A one-night deposit is required when booking directly with the Motel.
  • Your credit card payment will be processed for the relevant charge. You will receive a confirmation to the email address supplied.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be in writing.
  • Booking cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund or you can choose to hold your funds in credit for use on a future booking.
  • If you cancel within 7 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit all funds (no refund).
  • If you don’t show up on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

Security & Scam Awareness Notice

Please be aware of increasingly sophisticated online booking and email scams. We will only ever communicate with you using our official, verified email addresses. We will never ask you to send sensitive financial or personal information, such as passwords or credit card details, directly via email, text, or WhatsApp. Always check payment links carefully before clicking or entering your information.

Any legitimate payment or booking modification should be handled directly through our secure, official booking platform or via a trusted Australian payment gateway. If you receive an email claiming to be from us that demands urgent payment, includes suspicious attachments, or contains payment links with non-Australian web addresses, do not interact with it. Instead, contact us directly using the verified contact details on our website to confirm the request.
