How can I book a room?

Booking a room is easy, just hit the ‘Book Now’ tab on the homepage or at the top right-hand corner of this page and select your desired date.

How do I get the best guaranteed rate?

Always book direct either via our website or contact us to get the best rate possible!

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. However, we understand this may need to be altered slightly to suit your needs. Just let us know beforehand and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your requested check-in/check-out time.

Is late check-in available?

Yes, we have a self-check-in service available for all guests, giving you the freedom to arrive and check yourself in as late as you need.

What are your reception hours?

Please note that reception is contactless, however we can be reached on +61 8 9757 3177 Monday – Sunday 9am – 4pm.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, provided that this is done up to 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged. If within 48 hours a charge up to or equal to the cost of your total stay may apply.

Will a deposit be required?

We do not require a deposit for the majority of the year. All we need to secure your booking is a full name, contact number and valid credit card details. No payments are charged to your nominated credit card until the day of arrival (unless booking via some external booking providers). Please note that full payment is due and will be charged to your nominated credit card 48 hours prior to check-in during peak periods including December - January, special event weekends, long weekends and Easter and is non-refundable.

Is there internet access available?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and areas.

Can a fold up bed be added to my room?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a fold up bed in your room at a cost of $30.00*, just let us know beforehand. Please note that the maximum number of fold up beds per room is one.

Is there parking available?

Yes, each room has their own allocated car bay included. We also have a bus parking bay for tour groups and corporate guests.

How close is the Margaret River Motel to the town centre?

We are just a short 4-minute walk to Margaret River town centre where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, and gift shops.

If I do not have my own vehicle, how can I organise my transport whilst visiting Margaret River?

If you are planning to visit any destinations that are not within walking distance, we strongly encourage you to make travel arrangements before your visit, as in peak periods taxi services can get booked out in advance. Taxi services and private drivers can be pre-booked.

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes, we offer a Basic Breakfast Hamper for $30.00* each, or a Gourmet Breakfast Hamper for $80.00 each. These can be added to your booking on the ‘Optional Extras’ section or ordered from reception during reception hours (9am – 4pm).
